Bookbinding is something I have enjoyed as a personal hobby for some time, but only recently begun to start including as part of my professional work. I am exploring the possibilities of including not only handmade books as part of my work, but also decorative handmade boxes for keepsakes, accessories or gifts. I am particularly interested in creating these as bespoke jewellery boxes, to complement my handmade fine jewellery, and hope to soon have a new range available. In the meantime I will be sharing updates from bookbinding classes I have taken, as well as my own book and box making endeavours.
